When there is no struggle there is no progress. Facing difficulties is inevitable. learning from them is optional. Whether you learn, is based on if you understand that difficulties present opportunities to learn and treat them accordingly.It is sometimes very difficult to see the opportunity in the midst of the pain, but  it is there. William Penn words will encourage you, 'No pain, No palm, No Thorns, No Gall, No Cross, No Crown' It is nearly impossible to grow in any significant way when you don't take responsibility of yourself and your life. You can choose to live beyond the circumstances of your life and place of birth. You must understand and live with the mentality that you were not just brought to this world as a result of two people sleeping together but you had to be here that was why they had to sleep together.You must find your place in life, because your place is the only place you can function like a computer and maximize your fortune without stres

"Life Stance" Is a term used to describe people's overall frame of reference, their set of attitudes, assumptions and expectations people hold about themselves , other people, and the world in general. The product of any person's life stances their overall way of looking at things, whether they tend to be optimistic or pessimistic, cheerful Or gloomy, trusting or suspicious, friendly or reserved, brave or timid, generous or stingy, giving or selfish. If you can maintain a positive life stance, you put yourself in the best position to manage bad experience and turn them into positive growth. Virginia Stir said: 'Life is not the way it's suppose to be. It is the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference. Start the year by redefining your Life stance. When you have a bad experience, instead of letting it discourage you or make you angry, try to find a way to let it prompt your creativity.

If you know better you should do better. But, this is often not the case as how much you know does not equal how much you make. The big gulf between these two possibilities is smart work and understanding your terrain in life. You shouldn't be like a janitor experimenting different possibilities. You have to know yourself and your capability first then your capabilities, because everyone in life has the potential of expanding his/her capability. The happiest people on earth are those who have decided to see positively each day and everyday in the midst of life's daily demands and circumstances. And those who are courageous enough to consistently deploy, with intent and conviction their positive energies towards their daily life demands and dreams. Do you want to be happy? Some couple of years back precisely 2014 backwards. I could not for one day say I was truly happy. I keep worrying about the uncertainty of getting through my life's prevailing circumstances. But through last year I learnt the principle of being happy- WORRYING DOESN'T CHANGE A THING, THEREFORE TRY THE ALTERNATIVE. Today, I am the happiest person I can be.  We need to ask ourselves, what would you attempt to do if you know you would not fail? It's similar to driving on an unfamiliar road at night. Ideally, you'd like to be able to see your whole route before you begin but, you see it progressively. As you move forward, a little more of the road is revealed to you. That was why John C. Maxwell said; 'If you want to see more of the way, then get moving' I don't know any successful person who thinks growth comes quickly and climbing to the top is easy. It just doesn't happen. One of my favorite riddles says; Five frogs are sitting on a log, four decided to jump off. How many are left? The first time I heard this I said, 'One' 'No', It's 'Five', I was told. Why? I asked. And I got a response that blew my mind. Because there is a difference between deciding and DOING! This new year don't just make resolutions or decide to do some certain things. Push yourself hard enough to see them come into reality! Our conscience sometimes bring in fear and the feel that it's not the right time to begin, but only if we can silence our fears and uphold our zeal. We will continually scale higher grounds.
